As the cultural and tourism industry recovers and rapidly develops, modular housing has gained favor in the market due to its advantages such as intensive space design, convenient transportation, and quick assem-bly.As a landscape accommodation product,it needs to meet the diverse and personalized needs of cultural and tourism consumers. Therefore,it is particularly important to deeply integrate the parameters of the modules with user needs while ensuring standardized and industrialized production. This paper proposes a user demand-driven modular housing spectrum planning method aimed at meeting the diverse needs of users through reasonable planning of module parameter values. The Kano questionnaire is used to collect user needs and identify module types. Then,an improved K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster user needs and determine the number of parameter values for the modules.Combining the distribution of user needs, clustering results, and the three-level modulus system of housing, the final module parameter values that meet user needs and industrial production standards are obtained.
