线上教学是信息化时代促进"互联网+教育"深度融合、提升信息化教学水平的重要途径,有利于弥补地方本科院校教学资源不足、培养学生自主学习能力、提高教育教学质量.当前线上教学依托教学平台多但权威性不强、学校高度重视但配套建设滞后、教师乐于践行但信息素养不高、学生积极性高但自律能力不强,严重制约着地方本科院校线上教学深入推进.强化平台选取和课程建设、加大资金投入和配套建设、提高教师信息素养、强化学生观念和能力建设,是地方本科院校强化线上教学、提高人才培养质量的重要途径.
Constraints and Promotion Strategies of Online Teaching in Local Undergraduate Colleges
Online teaching is an important way to promote the deep integration of"Internet plus education"and improve the level of information-based teaching in the information age,which is conducive to making up for the lack of teaching resources in local undergraduate colleges,promoting the development of students'personality,cultivating students'independent learning ability,and improving the quality of education and teaching.Online teaching relies on multiple teaching platforms but lacks strong authority,schools attach great importance to it but lag in supporting construction,teachers are willing to practice but have low information literacy,students have high enthusiasm but weak self-discipline ability,which are important factors that restrict the in-depth promotion of online teaching in local undergraduate colleges.Strengthening platform selection and course construction,increasing financial investment and supporting construction,improving teacher information literacy,and strengthening student awareness and ability building are important ways for local undergraduate colleges to strengthen online teaching and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
