Party Building Leads the Construction of Grassroots Community Governance Communities from Perspective of Embeddedness
The construction of the community governance community at the grass-roots level is directly related to the overall level of modernization of social governance.Based on the research of T community in H city,it is found that T community achieves coordinated governance of grass-roots communities through"embedded"practice,which is specifically reflected in the leading role of political embedding in enhancing grass-roots party organizations and individual party members;functional embedding achieves efficient allocation of public policy resources,information resources and service resources;relational embedding activates community social capital and achieves mutual embedding of participants;behavioral embedding creates action space with rich comprehensive services and cultural brands.Therefore,through the promotion of multiple embedded practices in the community,a mutually beneficial and symbiotic grass-roots governance community has been constructed,and a coordinated governance pattern has been initially formed.
