Government Synergy in the Integrated Construction of Regional Social Science Knowledge Popularization Platforms:Theoretical Logic and Dilemma Cracking
The low degree of governmental coordination in the integrated construction of social science knowledge popularization platforms is a"stumbling block"that hinders regional development.Enhancing governmental coordination in the integrated construction of regional social science knowledge popularization platforms is in line with the theories of data circulation and sharing,game and symbiosis of interests,and mutual trust and coordination of departments.Currently,the governmental synergy of the integrated construction of regional social science knowledge popularization platform is caught in the predicament of lack of overall coordination,difficulty in cost sharing,poor operation of procedures,and controversial contents,which is due to the roughness of regional policies,ambiguity of financial responsibilities,information asymmetry among local governments,and non-synergy of activities.In this regard,China should improve the coordination of governmental coordination mechanisms for the integrated construction of social science knowledge popularization platforms,optimize the cost-sharing mechanism and construction procedures,and coordinate the construction contents,so as to promote high-quality integrated regional development.
