Research on the Construction of Teaching and Research Departments for Management Majors under the Perspective of Teacher Learning Communities
The teaching and research department is the most basic teacher organization in higher education institutions,undertaking functions such as teaching research activities,teaching management,professional construction,and talent cultivation,while also playing an irreplaceable role in promoting the professional development of teachers.To better assist teachers in enhancing their professional quality and abilities to meet today's societal demands for high-quality applied management talent,this research is guided by the concept of teacher learning communities.It aims to explore effective strategies for the construction and reform of teaching and research departments for management majors.Through analyzing and organizing the practical and theoretical basis for the organizational changes of teaching and research departments in higher education,this study clarifies the basic requirements for building these departments based on the concept of learning communities.It further proposes strategies for constructing teaching and research departments under the perspective of teacher learning communities,including fostering a collaborative culture and creating a positive research atmosphere;improving the organizational structure of teaching and research departments and strengthening team building;optimizing the functions of teaching and research departments to promote professional growth of teachers;co-building quality resources to ensure collaborative development among team members;and innovating management systems to enhance the vitality of teaching and research department teams.
