长江经济带高技术制造业全要素生产率的时空差异分析

摘要
为了探索长江经济带高技术制造业发展规律,为长江经济带可持续发展提供参考,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算2001~2015年长江经济带高技术制造业的全要素生产率变化率及其分解指数并进行时空差异分析.研究发现:长江经济带高技术制造业全要素生产率有所发展,其变化率整体呈上升趋势,而且全要素生产率增长在很大程度上来源于技术效率的贡献;长江经济带高技术制造业全要素生产率变化率在省际、上中下游地区间呈不平衡状态,但区域差异在整体上呈减小趋势.促进长江经济带高技术制造业可持续发展的重点是建立跨省区合作的产业技术创新战略联盟,长江经济带下游地区应着重提高原始创新能力,而上中游地区应加强技术消化、吸收与再创新能力.
Abstract
This paper uses DEA-Malmquist index method to calculate the total factor productivity (TFP) of high-tech manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2001 to 2015.It is found that the TFP of the high-tech manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt has been developed somewhat,the whole rate of change is increasing,and technical efficiency contributes more to the growth of TFP.The TFP of high-tech manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt is imbalanced among provinces and different reaches,but the regional differences show a decreasing trend.The focus of promoting the sustainable development of high-tech manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt is the establishment of inter provincial cooperation in the industrial technology innovation alliance,the lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt should concentrate on improving the ability of original innovation,while the middle and upper reaches should strengthen the ability of technology digestion,absorption and re-innovation.
