高等教育数字化是数字时代教育形态必然发生的变革.推进高等教育数字化,是促进高等教育普及化规模增长的必然要求,是应对高等教育普及化质性变化的必由之路,是助推高等教育普及化公平与均衡发展的内在动力.高等教育数字化与高等教育普及化两者具有高度的正向耦合性,在目标上显现出一致性,时空上表现为同步性,要素上体现为契合性,功能上具有兼容性,评价上呈现出交集性.高等教育数字化助推高等教育普及化应强化数字化价值引领,保障人人皆学的权利;利用数字化技术赋能,创造处处能学的条件;提供数字化管理支撑,创设时时可学的机会;进行数字化课程再造,创建样样有学的资源.
The Value Implication,Coupling Mechanism and Practical Strategy of Digitization in Promoting the Popularization of Higher Education
The digitization of higher education is an inevitable transformation of the educational landscape in the digital age.Advancing the digitization of higher education is a necessary requirement for promoting the scale and accessibility of higher education,responding to the qualitative changes in higher education,and promoting fairness and balanced development.The digitization of higher education and the popularization of higher education are highly positively coupled,exhibiting consistency in goals,synchronicity in time and space,alignment in factors,and compatibility in functions,and intersection in evaluation.To promote the popularization of higher education through digitization,a digital value-driven approach should be adopted to establish a concept of universal learning,protect the right to education for all,provide conditions for learning everywhere through digital technology,create opportunities for learning anytime through digital management,and develop resources for learning in all areas through the reconstruction of digital courses.
