摘要
聚焦于街区评估指标体系背后的结构与逻辑,基于多指标综合评价理论,对中外前沿的街区评估文献进行整合,总结街区评估的特点,初步重构评估框架,并通过实例验证,提出未来街区评估指标体系的研究方向,为城市设计提供合理前馈,并促进后评估与前策划在街区尺度上形成正向反馈闭环.
Abstract
Focusing on the underlying framework and logic,this paper integrates the cutting-edge evaluation studies on the block scale and summarizes the characteristics to reconstruct the evaluation framework,based on the theory of multiple objective comprehensive evaluation.Through empirical validation,it predicts the directions for the construction of future indicator system,aiming to provide comprehensive feed-forward for urban design and ultimately promote a closed loop of positive feedback between POE and pre-programming on the block scale.
