Second-Year Undergraduate Architectural Design Teaching Driven by the Synergy of "Place" and "Life"
Based on the background of multi-thread symbiosis design teaching for second-year undergraduate students of architecture at XAUAT,this paper explains one of the teaching threads,introducing its teaching goals,principles and contents.It takes"understanding place environment"and"creating living space"as the core throughout the year,trying to help second-year students face the complexity and objectivity of architectural design,so that they learn to respect and understand all objective existence at a very early stage,and establish the attitude and principles of"seeking truth from facts"and"designing for the people".
