阐述中国铁路站城融合发展历程,并以杭州西站为例,从城市定位、铁路规划与建筑设计等方面研究站城融合实现路径,探索三方协同、整体设计、分类开发、分层确权、造价控制和专业团队等设计创新与机制突破,以在我国现实背景下促进站城融合高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper elaborates on the development history of station-city synergy in China.Taking Hangzhouxi Railway Station as an example,the paper studies the way to realize station-city synergy in terms of urban orientation,railway terminal planning,architectural design,etc.,and explores the design innovation and mechanism breakthrough,such as tripartite collaboration,overall design,classified development,stratified right verification,cost control and design team,so as to promote high-quality station-city synergy under the realistic background in China.
