摘要
以站城融合发展新需求下的站城空间建设实践为切入点,运用城市形态类型学理论方法,系统地分析站城空间的功能构成,提出三大基础功能模块和X混合功能模块的概念,构建站城功能模块体系,明确各功能模块的构成及界面,并通过国内外案例分析,揭示其呈现的规律性特征及作用,以期构建混合功能模块实施路径的新思考,为适合中国国情的站城融合发展提供理论参考.
Abstract
Taking the practical construction of station-city space under the new demands of integrative station-city development as an entry,the paper applies the theoretical method of urban morphological typology to systematically analyze the functional composition of station-city space,proposes the concept of three basic functional modules and the X module of mixed functions,constructs the station-city functional module system,and clarifies the composition and interface of each module.Through the practical analysis of the domestic and foreign cases of station-city synergy,the paper reveals the regular characteristics and functions presented in the development of station-city relationship,aiming to build a new thinking on the implementation path of the mixed functional module and provide theoretical references for the station-city synergy development suitable for Chinese conditions.
