Using the teaching of East Asian frame construction technologies as an example,this paper discusses the conflicts of frames between the ideal load-bearing form and the ideal organizational form,and the various reconciliatory forms that reflect regional differences in architectural culture as the result of the conflicts.Building technological courses should present these conflicts in a concise and intuitive manner to help students understand technology,and recognize variants and their application to help scientific design decision-making and explorations,taking the cultural genes inherent in the dissemination of technical principles into consideration.
