摘要

以原南京地质学校跃复式教工住宅楼为研究对象,结合特定时期下的住房政策与全国城市住宅设计竞赛的发展背景,通过现场调研和图解分析,从空间经济性与空间组织、居住单元与家居布置、结构形式与剖面表达等方面,探讨建筑师应对现实需求的处理方法和技巧,借此阐明从剖面思考空间问题的体积规划通过提升三维空间密度实现节地目标,在城市住房制度转型过程中呈现的特点和意义.

Abstract

Taking the duplex faculty apartment in the former Nanjing Geological School as the research object,and combining the development background of housing policies in specific periods and the nation-wide urban housing design competitions,this paper uses on-site investigations and graphic analyses to study the architects'methods and skills in dealing with specific practical problems regarding spatial economy and organization,living units and household arrangement,structural forms and sectional representations.On this basis,it explicates the characteristics and significance of the idea of Raumplan in land saving by increasing the density of three-dimensional space in the process of China's urban housing system transformation.
