摘要

《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》出台后，广佛两市签订了“广佛同城化框架协议”，至此，两市的合作具有先锋的意义。为更好实现城乡规划建言献策的作用，基于两地“软环境”相互融合的需要，提出构建“无障碍”广佛规划信息通道的设想与相关策略以及相应的技术支持、安全保障措施。

Abstract

After the《Pearl River Delta reform and development plan 》came out, the Guangzhou and Foshan Cities signed the framework agreement between the two cities. Base on the needs of the soft environment fusion of the two cities, this article put forward the idea of constructing barrier free planning information channel between the Guangzhou and Foshan Cities,and giving the technical supports and security measures at the same time.
