Jingui community located at the east end of Pingshan District. The community is composed of 7 groups, 145 households. The resident population is 500, total population is 2000. The community which lies in Chiao reservoir watershed and protected area, has a area of 20km2, 160 acres of which are arable land while others are mountain forest. Over the years, the Jingui community has contributed a lot for municipal roads, nuclear power high-voltage corridors and ecological landscape forest. However, subject to the policy limit, the villagers are still hovering at the poverty line. All levels of government are very concerned about the development of Jingui community, and are willing to make all aspects of efforts to help the Jingui community. In order to meet the requirement of Jingui community economic development and living improvement, the top priority is to improve the public infrastructure and provide safe and reliable water supply.
