摘要

通过对东部华侨城山海大宅项目的介绍，简述了一个高端的山地别墅项目从开发之初立意到最后施工建成的基本情况。因地制宜的设计理念从规划一直贯彻至建筑单体设计是本项目的成功地主要因素。

Abstract

This article introduce a project in Eastern OCT ShenZhen and particularly expatiate the prcese from conception to the building.“Adjust measures to local conditions”impenetrate into the Masterplannig and Housestyle design ,and also make the commerce project successful.
