摘要
2010年初，福建省政府出台《关于开展小城镇综合改革建设试点的实施意见》，将小城镇综合改革试点工作提升到新的高度。并且提到充分发挥小城镇在推动新一轮经济增长中的引擎作用、在促进城乡统筹发展中的载体作用、在增创发展新优势中的平台作用。龙岩市白沙镇为第一批22个小城镇综合改革试点城镇之一。本文以实际工程为例，系统的介绍龙岩市白沙镇改造规划的设计过程，可以为类似工程的设计提供借鉴。
Abstract
At the beginning of 2010, The government of Fujian Province issued“the implementary opinions on carrying out the com-prehensive reform of small towns”, to enhance the comprehensive reform pilot work of smal towns to a new height. To make ful use of the role of smal towns in a new round economic boosting, the carrier of coordinating urban and rural areas development, and the platform of creating new advantage. Longyan Baisha Town is one of pilot towns among the first batch of 22 comprehensive reforms of smal towns. In this paper, taking the actual project as an example, introduces the design process of Baisha Town Planning in Longyan city system, which can provide a reference for the similar engineering design.
