摘要
目前，高层、小高层建筑地下室工程正迅猛发展，但由于地下室工程多采用钢筋混凝土结构，一旦出现渗水，极易影响高层建筑主体结构的稳定性和使用寿命。更是给用户和业主造成一定的经济损失，造成工程使用后期索赔和维修费用增加，给我们施工单位造成了巨大的经济、信誉损失。因此，本文将从防水混凝土的施工、SBS改性沥青防水卷材的地下室底板、外墙施工及细部防水工程的施工这三个方面浅析地下室防水工程施工技术。
Abstract
at present, high-level, smal high-rise building basement project is developing rapidly, but due to the basement project with rein-forced concrete structure, once appear, seepage in high-rise buildings, the main structure of the sta-bility and longevity. But give users and the owner of the economic loss caused by certain, engineering and maintenance cost increase late claim to our construction unit, caused great economic losses, the credit. Therefore, this paper wil waterproof concrete construction, SBS modified asphalt wa-terproofing materials, construction of the basement slabs details and waterproof construction from three aspects of waterproofing of basement shal ow en-gineering technique.
