本文根据美国绿色建筑委员会（USGBC）的LEED-EB（既有建筑）认证体系（2009Version），结合相关案例对既有建筑节能改造进行经济性分析。
Abstract
Combined with the related case, the author has given the economic analysis on existing building energy saving renovation ac-cording to the America Green building evaluation criterion (LEED-EB 2009).
