对地下室防水堵漏施工技术的几点思考

摘要

一般来讲,地下室产生渗漏并不是难修补的,无非是对防水混凝土的外观进行认真仔细的检查,先看一看墙面有没有蜂窝、麻面、孔洞、露肋等影响工程质量的缺陷,对于细部构造是否处理得恰到好处,防水层是否形成一个整体。对于渗漏的部位是否找准了渗漏点,如果这几项工作作好了,就可以进行堵漏,作防水处理了。堵漏目前常用的材料有防水宝、堵漏灵等无机防水材料。对于裂缝较复杂的工程可以采用打孔预埋喷嘴和压力注浆的方法,材料可选用丙烯酰胺类、氰凝、环氧树脂及高水速凝固化充填材料进行修补,直到无渗漏为止。本文结合黄金时代小区等几个工程的施工实践,通过分析产生渗漏的原因,找出控制对策,从而加强施工中防水施工质量预控和技术改进。

Abstract

The site for leakage is a leak, if the job wel , can undertake plugging, water-proof treatment. Sealing material is currently used waterproof treasure, spirit and other inorganic waterproof materials. To crack a complicated engineering can use punched buries pressure grouting method and nozzle, material can choose acrylamide, cyanide, epoxy resin and high water speed NingGuHua fil-ing materials, and until no leakage. Based on the golden age of several residential project construc-tion practice, through the analysis of the causes of the leakage, produce control countermeasures to strengthen the construction of quality control and technology waterproof construction.
