摘要
环卫基础设施是城市十分重要、不可或缺的公用设施，工程的质量与环境直接影响到人民的生活，湖州市渗滤液深度处理系统工程能成为示范工程，主要取决于其科学、合理的质量监督管理体系、完善的环境保护措施和引导、规划建设工作。
Abstract
Environment sanitation fa-cilities are very important and indispensable for a city,the quality and environment of engineering affect people’s life.Deep treatment system en-gineering of Refuse Percolate in HuZhou to be-come a demonstration project, mainly depends on the quality supervision and management system that’s scientific and reasonable,employ al means available environmental protection measure and guiding control planning.
