摘要

随着国内汽车产业的不断发展,汽车后市场的综合效益越来越多地被认可。在当前国内各种“汽车城”建设如火如荼地进行之时,面向汽车后市场的“汽车城”规划设计将成为新的关注点。东盟(南宁)国际汽车商贸物流开发项目一期城市设计项目作为一次探索与尝试,通过对项目背景、设计条件、规划原则和设计理念等方面的分析,总结出了规划设计面向汽车后市场的“汽车城”所要具备的条件和满足的要求,为同类项目的规划设计提供了参考借鉴。

Abstract

With the development of automobile industry in China, the comprehensivebenefits brought from automobileafter-salesmarket are recognized. As many motor cities are growingvigorously, design-ing the cities facing on automobileafter-salesmarket wil become a new trend. The Urban Design Pro-gram of ASEAN International Motor, Trade and Logistics City is a case to discuss this issue. Ac-cording to the analysis on program background, design condition, planningprinciples and design concepts, this article proposes the essential condi-tions and factors to build a motor city, which faces on automobileafter-salesmarket.
