The standardized training of clinical postgraduates is an important component of their studies,and improving the quality of residential training is an important guarantee for training high-quality medical personnel.In view of the problems existing in the teaching and management of postgraduate residential training,the residential training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University has continuously improved the teacher management system and established an effective incentive mechanism,taking into account its own circumstances,we will continue to improve the teaching capacity of graduate students in residential training and improve the teaching quality of residential training.
