The work of student affairs shouldering the heavy responsibility of cultivating new talents in the era of comprehensive development.Innovative talent cultivation is also an important responsibility of student affairs.However,there are many problems with it,such as cognitive bias towards responsibilities,outdated educational guidance methods,lack of professional talent team,insufficient construction of educational environment etc.The student affairs should cultivate innovative awareness,innovative spirits,innovative abilities and innovative personality by reforming the content and method,creating a supportive environment inside and outside of the universities and providing institutional guarantees of innovative education,which fully strengthens the educational effectiveness of student affairs in cultivating innovative talents.
