Building a quality and ability evaluation system for college counselors is a topic of continuous exploration and innovation in the process of counselor team construction.As the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,building a professional,specialized,and personalized scientific evaluation system for counselors will directly affect the level and effectiveness of ideological and political education of the counselor team.This article focuses on the development of the evaluation system for the quality and ability of counselors,and proposes the basic principles,a"hemispherical model"for indicator connotations and a model framework for constructing the evaluation system.Through a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,it will promote the development of counselors'career,improve the level of education of counselors,and effectively provide educational guarantees for cultivating young people who are both Red and professional in the era,contributing to the construction of ideological and political teams.
