医学院校药学专业《有机化学》课程教学改革探索与实践

针对医学院校药学专业《有机化学》课程的教学现状,笔者对教学理念、教学内容、教学过程和教学评价等多方面进行了探索和实践,并提出了双主体教学模式提高教学水平、三阶段培养策略提升综合素质、四融合教学方法丰富课程内容等一系列改革措施.这些措施不仅克服了传统教学模式的弊端,而且显著提升了教师的教学水平,同时激发了学生的学习兴趣,为医学院校的课程教学改革提供了有益的经验和启示.
In view of the present teaching situation of organic chemistry course in pharmacy major of medical college,the author has explored and practiced the teaching idea,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation,etc.It also puts forward a series of reform measures,such as improving the teaching level with double-subject teaching mode,improving the comprehensive quality with three-dimension training strategy,enriching the course content with four-fusion teaching method,etc.These measures not only overcome the drawbacks of the traditional teaching model,but also significantly improve the teaching level of teachers,and stimulate students'interest in learning,it provides useful experience and enlightenment for the reform of curriculum teaching in medical colleges and universities.
