Objective To explore the application value of competence-oriented mixed teaching mode in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 80 medical students who received standardized resident training in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to student number,with 40 in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of entrance scores,exit scores,comprehensive scores and satisfaction with teaching effect.Resu1ts The Mini-CEX scores and comprehensive scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Mini-CEX and comprehensive scores of all students were higher than those of admission(P<0.05).The observation group was satisfied with the improvement of knowledge mastery and integration ability,problem solving ability,literature research ability and communication expression ability,and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conc1usion The capability-oriented blended teaching mode can fully stimulate students'learning interest,cultivate students'self-learning ability and improve their comprehensive quality,which plays an important role in training innovative obstetrics and gynecology talents.
