以胜任力为导向 的混合式教学模式在妇产科临床教学中的应用研究

目的 探索以胜任力为导向的混合式教学模式在妇产科临床教学中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年6月至2022年12月在锦州医科大学附属第一医院接受住院医师规范化培训的80名医学生作为研究对象,按学号分为观察组和对照组,每组40人.比较两组学生入科成绩、出科成绩、综合成绩以及教学效果满意度.结果 观察组学生Mini-CEX评分和综合成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);所有学生出科时Mini-CEX评分和综合成绩均高于入科时(P<0.05);观察组学生对提高知识掌握和整合能力、解决问题能力和沟通表达能力等方面表示满意,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 以胜任力为导向的混合式教学模式能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,培养自学能力,提升综合素质,有助于培养具有创新能力的医学人才.
Objective To explore the application value of competence-oriented mixed teaching mode in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 80 medical students who received standardized resident training in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to student number,with 40 in each group.The two groups were compared in terms of entrance scores,exit scores,comprehensive scores and satisfaction with teaching effect.Resu1ts The Mini-CEX scores and comprehensive scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Mini-CEX and comprehensive scores of all students were higher than those of admission(P<0.05).The observation group was satisfied with the improvement of knowledge mastery and integration ability,problem solving ability,literature research ability and communication expression ability,and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conc1usion The capability-oriented blended teaching mode can fully stimulate students'learning interest,cultivate students'self-learning ability and improve their comprehensive quality,which plays an important role in training innovative obstetrics and gynecology talents.
