摘要
积极心理学顺应时代的呼唤而产生和发展,奋斗精神是中华民族的优良传统和宝贵的精神财富.站在中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局中,对大学生进行奋斗精神培育是高校思想政治教育的应有之义.积极心理学与大学生奋斗精神培育在目标、内容、方法和环境方面有着较高的契合性,能为其提供新的教育理念、促进教育主客体关系的改善、拓展教育的方式方法.从积极心理学的视域出发,大学生奋斗精神培育要通过课堂教育使大学生形成积极的奋斗认知、利用实践活动让大学生体验积极的奋斗情感、利用新媒体唤醒大学生积极的奋斗意识、借助家庭的力量激发大学生积极的奋斗行为.
Abstract
Positive psychology has developed in response to the call of the times,and the spirit of struggle is the Chinese fine tradition and precious spiritual wealth.Standing in the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to cultivate the spirit of struggle for college students.Positive psychology and the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students have some similarity in terms of goals,content,methods and environment,and can provide them with new educational opinions,promote the improvement of the relationship between the subject and the object of education,and expand the ways and means of education.From the perspective of positive psychology,the cultivation of the struggle spirit of college students should form a positive cognition of struggle through classroom education,use practical activities to let college students experience positive struggle emotions,use new media to awaken college students'positive struggle consciousness,and use family support to motivate college students to actively struggle.
