摘要
随着人工智能技术的不断发展进步,生成式人工智能作为一种新兴的内容生产方式,在医疗领域中拥有越来越广阔的应用前景.然而,随着其在医疗领域中的应用,相关的伦理问题也逐渐浮现.本文旨在探讨生成式人工智能在医疗领域中应用时可能引发的伦理问题,如算法疑难问题、数据安全问题、责任界定问题、社会公平问题等.针对以上问题,笔者建议采取提高技术透明度与可解释性、健全数据治理体系、明确各方主体责任、加快技术普及与推广等措施进行解决.
Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of artificial intelligence technology,Artificial Intelligence Generated Content,as an emerging content production method,has increasingly broad application prospects in the medical field.However,with its application in the medical field,related ethical issues have gradually emerged.This article aims to explore the ethical issues that may arise from the application of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content in the medical field,such as algorithmic difficulties,data security issues,responsibility definition issues,social equity issues,etc.For the above issues,this article suggests that measures should be taken to improve technological clarity and interpretability,improve data governance systems,clarify the responsibilities of all parties,and accelerate technology inclusion and promotion.
