Practice Patterns and Optimization Paths of the Integration of Core Socialist Values into Medical Liability Judgement——37 Judgment Documents of Medical Liability as Analysis Sample
The integration of core socialist values into medical liability judgement documents is of great significance in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of patients,improving the quality of medical care,and responding to the social expectations of health equity.After an empirical analysis of the integration of core socialist values in 37 medical liability judgments from 2019-2023 on the China Judgment Website,it is found that it has produced a better effect in enhancing the persuasive power of the judgement documents,but there are also shortcomings such as insufficient degree of integration and more passive invocation.In the future,we should continue to deepen the organicity and reasonableness of the integration of core socialist values in medical liability judgements,so that judicial decisions can better carry out and promote core socialist values,and build a high-quality social justice defence.
