医学院校军事理论课程思政育人价值与实现路径探究

摘要
军事理论课作为医学院校大学生的必修课程,对于铸就医学生忠诚于党的信念、培育医学生为人民服务的情怀和塑造医学生的职业道德观念等方面具有重要的思政育人作用.然而,当前医学院校军事理论课程思政存在忽视思政价值、师资短板明显和教学模式滞后等问题,无法充分发挥其应有的作用.为此,本文将围绕整合优质资源、创新教学方法、加强师资力量建设和完善考核评价体系四个方面制定一套有效的实现路径,为医学院校军事理论课程改革和思政教育创新提供有益参考.
Abstract
Military theory,as a compulsory course for medical college students,plays an important role in ideological and political education in cultivating their loyalty to the Party,cultivating their feelings of serving the people,and shaping their professional ethics.However,the current ideological and political education in military theory courses in medical colleges is facing difficulties such as neglecting the value of ideological and political education,having obvious shortcomings in teaching staff,and lagging teaching models,which cannot fully play its due role.To this end,a set of effective promotion paths and implementation strategies will be formulated around six aspects:integrating high-quality resources,innovating teaching methods,strengthening faculty construction,and improving assessment and evaluation systems,providing useful references for the reform of military theory courses and ideological and political education in medical colleges.
