基于OBE理念的医学统计学课程教学改革探索

摘要
医学统计学的教学应以解决临床和科研工作中的实际问题为导向,以培养和提升学生实践分析能力和思维能力为目标.由于该课程内容较为抽象,传统教学方式中尚存在诸多问题,导致学生学习兴趣不高,教学效果不理想.本研究通过分析医学统计学课程教学现状,提出了将"成果导向教育"(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念融入医学统计学课程的教学模式,并阐述了该模式的意义以及具体实施方法,以期为该课程的教学改革提供新的思路.
Abstract
The teaching of medical statistics should be guided by solving problems in clinical practice and researching.The content of this course is abstract,which leads to a low interesting in learning.Besides,there are many problems in traditional teaching methods.This study analyzed the current conditions of teaching methods in medical statistics,and integrate the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)into teaching.The significance and implementation of this mode are also explored in this paper,aiming to provide the new ideas for the reaching reform in medical statistics course.
