产学研结合背景下兽医专业研究生培养的模式研究

摘要
国家中长期教育改革和发展的目标是培养拔尖创新人才,创立高校与科研院所及企业联合人才培养的新机制,特别是推行产学研联合研究生培养模式,加强高校重点科研创新基地与科技创新平台建设,从而促进高校、科研院所以及企业的科技教育资源共享.在这样的时代背景下,高级兽医专业人才不仅要具备基本知识和临床技能,还要具备工作协调组织能力和创新能力.产学研结合模式可以实现校企双方的优势互补,对高校、用人单位和学生均有益处.
Abstract
The national medium and long-term education reform and development is to train high-quality professional top-notch innovative talents,establish a new mechanism for joint talent training between universities and research institutes and enterprises,especially to promote the joint graduate training mode of production,university and research institutes,strengthen the construction of key scientific research innovation bases and scientific and technological innovation platforms in universities,research institutes and enterprises,so as to promote the sharing of scientific and technological education resources among universities,research institutes and enterprises.In this era,the rapid progress of science and technology in the animal husbandry and veterinary industry requires senior veterinary professionals to have basic knowledge and clinical skills,but also have the ability to coordinate and organize work and innovation.The combination mode of production,university and research realizes the complementary advantages of both schools and enterprises,and has positive effects on universities,employers and students.
