摘要
本文从伦理视角对我国癌症患者家庭医疗决策中遇到的问题进行分析,认为癌症患者家庭医疗决策存在避讳死亡及侵害癌症患者知情同意权、癌症患者和家庭医疗决策对立、癌症患者利益与家庭利益冲突、医疗资源稀缺和分配不公平等问题.在分析其产生原因的基础上,对上述问题提出普及死亡教育,提升医疗决策的能力,构建医生、患者、家庭的共同决策模式,优化医疗资源配置与公平分配等解决措施,以期帮助癌症患者家庭更好地做出医疗决策,保障癌症患者的生命健康权利.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems encountered in family medical decision-making of cancer patients from the perspective of ethics in China.It concludes that family medical decision-making faces the taboo of death,infringement of patieninformed consent,opposition between cancer patients and family medical decision-making,conflict between cancer patients'interests and family interests,scarcity of medical resources and inequity of distribution.Based on the analysis of the causes,this paper proposes to popularize death education,improve the ability of medical decision-making,construct the joint decision-making mode of doctors,patients and families,optimize the allocation and fair distribution of medical resources and other solutions to the above problems,so as to help the families of cancer patients make better medical decisions and protect the life and health rights of cancer patients.
