摘要
人类卫生健康共同体是人类命运共同体理念与实践的具体外化,凸显应对重大公共卫生事件的中国方案与智慧,这使得其构建具有技术手段、人文指向与实践应对三个维度.具体地说,构建人类卫生健康共同体要以过硬的医学技术为基础、智能化的数字技术为桥梁、高效的健康治理技术为关键;要从生态生命一体化的角度、生命健康权的彰显与新文明价值的创造出发,在技术手段的基础上推动构建更高人文维度的人类卫生健康共同体;要注重顶层设计,有机融合中医药理念与现代医学技术、培育新型卫生健康实践主体和共商、共建、共享人类卫生健康共同体,使技术手段与人文指向在实践维度上达到高度统一.
Abstract
The community of health for mankind is the concrete externalization of the concept and practice of a community with a shared future for mankind,highlighting China's plan and wisdom in response to major public health events,which makes its construction have three dimensions:technical means,humanistic orientation and practical response.Specifically,the construction of a community of health for mankind should be based on excellent medical technology,intelligent digital technology as the bridge,and efficient health governance technology as the key.From the perspective of the integration of ecological life,the manifestation of the right to life and health,and the creation of the value of new civilization,we should promote the construction of a community of human health with a higher humanistic dimension on the basis of technical means.It is necessary to pay attention to the top-level design,organically integrate the concept of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical technology,cultivate a new type of health practice subject,and discuss,build and share a community of human health and health,so that technical means and humanistic orientation are highly unified in the practical dimension.
