In order to meet the medical needs,certain restrictive measures are often adopted in the practice of mental health care.As a medical activity with high application frequency,it has certain particularity and complexity,and it is easy to cause medical disputes.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the restraint measures and improve its rigor,standardization and accuracy.Based on Article 40 of the Mental Health Law,the scope of the constraint object and the determination of the constraint time are discussed in this paper.The deficiencies of the regulation of restraint measures are pointed out in this paper,and on this basis,puts forward some countermeasures in the aspects of the definition of the object of restraint behavior,the improvement of alternative measures and the recommendation of the evaluation and record of restraint time.
