摘要
朋辈教育是医学生教育的有效方式,具有朋辈榜样示范、联结沟通、激励约束、互助成长等功能,有利于新时代优秀医学人才的培养.目前,医学生朋辈教育存在朋辈榜样选树机制不健全、宣传力度不足、方式不够创新等问题.医学院校应采取科学选拔培育朋辈榜样、加强朋辈教育宣传引导、强化榜样分类教育等策略,促进医学生朋辈教育功能的实现.
Abstract
Peer education is an effective way of education and training for medical students.It has the functions of example,communication,incentive and restraint,mutual assistance and growth,which is conducive to the training of excellent medical talents in the new era.At present,there are some problems in the peer education of medical students,such as imperfect peer model selection mechanism,insufficient publicity and promotion efforts,and insufficient innovative education methods.Medical universities need to adopt strategies such as scientific selection and cultivating peer models,strengthening the publicity and guidance of peer education,and strengthening the education of model classification,so as to promote the realization of peer education function of medical students.
