摘要
红色基因教育是推动党和国家各项事业发展的"必修课".当前,中国正处于实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键时期,面对复杂多变的国内外政治形势和多元社会思潮对新医科人才思想政治教育的冲击与挑战,高校图书馆应在推动红色基因融入医学人才培养中发挥更大作用.基于此,笔者通过剖析在新时代背景下,以"阅读+"为载体,将红色基因融入新医科人才思想政治教育中,从价值厘清、系统规划、资源供给、方法优化维度提出了相关路径参考和建议.
Abstract
Red gene education is a"compulsory course"to promote the development of the Party and the country.At present,China is in the critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the nation,in the face of the complex and volatile domestic and foreign political situation and the impact and challenge of multiple social trends on the ideological and political education of new medical talents,university libraries should play a greater role in promoting the integration of red gene into the cultivation of medical talents.Based on this,the author analyzes the significance and current situation of integrating the red gene into the ideological and political education of new medical talents under the background of the new era with the carrier of"reading+",and puts forward relevant path references and suggestions from the dimensions of value clarification,systematic planning,resource supply and method optimization.
