摘要
双一流背景下,医学院校研究生创新能力的培养,对于国家创新驱动发展战略的实施具有重要作用.为解决目前医学院校研究生创新能力不足的问题,笔者提出以创新思维为引擎、以学科发展为导向、以临床实践为切入点、以科研项目为载体的研究生创新能力提升和优化路径,对于加快发展高等医学教育、培养高水平医学人才和加速形成医疗行业新质生产力具有重要意义.
Abstract
Under the"Double First Class"initiative,fostering innovation in medical graduate students is crucial for implementing the nation's innovation-driven development strategy.To address the current deficiencies in graduate students'innovation abilities in medical schools,the author proposes a strategy that prioritizes innovative thinking,subject development,clinical practice,and research projects.This approach is crucial for advancing medical education,cultivating high-level medical talents,and accelerating the emergence of new productivity in the healthcare sector.
