摘要

临床实习是提升护理专业学生实践能力和综合素质的重要环节,校企合作是将学校与企业资源和信息共享,贯彻应社会所需、与市场接轨、与企业合作、实践与理论相结合的全新理念.研究护理专业临床实习校企合作育人,探索"资源共享、双师共教、利益共享"的医教融合新模式,可以为护理专业临床实习提供全面解决方案.

Abstract

Clinical practice is an important link to improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality of nursing students.School-enterprise cooperation is a new concept of sharing resources and information between schools and enterprises,implementing the new concept of meeting the needs of society,integrating with the market,cooperating with enterprises,and combining practice and theory.To study the school-enterprise cooperation in nursing clinical practice,explore a new model of medical education integration of"resource sharing,two-teacher co-education,and benefit sharing",and provide a comprehensive solution for nursing clinical practice.
