人文关怀和心理疏导:新时代高校心理育人的着力点

摘要
在新时代背景下,大学生面临着学习、生活成长、职业发展的压力和心理困扰,这对当前高校心理育人工作提出了更高的要求.当前,高校心理育人工作主要致力于帮助学生解决心理困扰,但人文关怀和心理疏导相结合的育人机制还存在不足.新时代高校心理育人工作应以人文关怀和心理疏导为切入点,构建符合新时代要求、满足大学生期待的高校心理育人新模式与新范式,充分发挥人文关怀和心理疏导的时代价值.
Abstract
Under the background of the new era,college students are facing the pressure of study,life growth and career development,which puts forward higher requirements for psychological education in colleges and universities.At present,the work of psychological education in colleges and universities mainly focuses on helping students to solve their psychological problems.The work of psychological education in colleges and universities in the new era should start with humanistic care and psychological guidance,and construct a new mode and paradigm of psychological education in colleges and universities that meet the requirements of the new era and meet the expectations of college students,give full play to the time value of humanistic care and psychological guidance.
