摘要
自我领导力是大学生自我提升和发展过程中的重要推动力,提高大学生的自我领导力有助于提升个人的综合素质和能力.本文在文献研究的基础上,探索大学生自我领导力的内容结构及其发展机理,进而提出一系列大学生自我领导力的提升路径,以推进大学生领导力教育的进一步开展.
Abstract
Self-leadership is an important driving force in the process of self-improvement and development of college students.Improving the self-leadership of college students is helpful to improving their comprehensive quality and ability.On the basis of literature research,this paper explores the content structure and formation mechanism of college students'self-leadership,and then puts forward a series of education and development paths to improve college students'self-leadership,so as to promote the further development of college students'leadership education.
