新时期高校学业预警工作的探索研究

摘要
学业预警工作是通过对学生的学习情况进行统计分析,做出及时警示和帮扶督促,以帮助学生顺利完成学业的一系列举措.学业预警工作不仅可以提高学习困难学生通过学业考核的比例,更能为学风建设贡献力量.面对我国社会发展对高校人才培养的新要求,学业预警工作应该以人的全面发展为导向,以社会发展需求为目标,促进通识与专业教育相结合,满足高校服务社会发展职能,在更新教育理念、加强全员管理、工作重心前移、重视数据应用、重点关注帮扶效果等方面不断加强预警工作体系建设,为高校人才培养工作服务.
Abstract
Academic early warning through the statistical analysis of student learning,to make timely warning,help and supervision to help students successfully complete their studies a series of measures.The work of academic early warning can not only improve the proportion of students with learning difficulties passing the academic assessment,but also contribute to the construction of style of study.Facing the new requirements of the social development of our country on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,the work of academic early warning should be guided by the all-round development of human beings and aimed at the needs of social development while overcoming the problems in the development,to promote the combination of general education and professional education,to meet the functions of colleges and universities in serving the social development,and to renew educational ideas,strengthening the whole staff management,shifting the focus of work,attaching importance to the application of datafocusing on the effect of help,etc.
