Under the context of omnimedia convergence,the dissemination of local red culture has the characteristics of morphological diversity,interactive approach,diversification of business formats,and cross-platform mode.The paper takes Liaoning Jinzhou as an object to sort out and analyze the dissemination problems faced by local red culture in the context of omnimedia convergence,using data analysis from official media platforms and random sampling surveys.Thus,the paper proposes the dissemination strategy of constructing an omnimedia transmission matrix,enhancing the empowerment of intelligent technology,focusing on building local red cultural IP,and fulfilling the guiding role of local government,so as to construct an omnimedia transmission system of local red culture in the new era.
