With the rapid development of 5G technology,thousands of industries have accelerated the pace of digital transformation,while integrating into life,but also reshaping the future of the medical and health industry.At present,smart medicine is facing multi-dimensional risks and challenges in the operation process,and we need to deal with them from the perspective of the rule of law process.Therefor,the author proposes to construct a smart medical technology security system,improve the smart medical legal protection mechanism and realize the inclusive sharing of smart medical solutions,so as to provide reference for the development of smart medical industry.
