With the deepening of medical education reform,its training goal has also changed,which puts forward higher requirements for the effectiveness of talent training in medical schools.To optimize the medical student training scheme,constantly improve the comprehensive ability of medical students,to meet the needs of social development,I point out the deficiency in theory,practice teaching,comprehensive ability training and so on,through deeply analyzing the present situation of clinical medicine teaching,and put forward the corresponding corrective measures on the basis of it.As a result,it provides theory and practice basis to comprehensively improve the quality of medical personnel training,not only applied and comprehensive medical talents for medical career but also guarantee for medical services.
