免疫细胞在肿瘤骨转移骨微环境调控中的作用研究进展

摘要
肿瘤的发生发展与其所在的微环境密切相关,在肿瘤发生骨转移的过程中,骨髓微环境中大量的免疫细胞对于肿瘤细胞的定植以及转移灶的形成,发挥了重要的作用,其中较为显著的就是协助肿瘤细胞发挥免疫逃逸作用.因此如何针对肿瘤的免疫逃逸进行有效干预显得尤为重要.本文就巨噬细胞、骨髓来源的抑制细胞以及淋巴细胞在肿瘤骨转移中的作用进行综述,为肿瘤免疫治疗的基础研究和临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
The development and progression of tumor is closely associated with the microenvironment in which the tumor is located.In the process of bone metastasis,the numerous immune cells in bone marrow microenvironment play an important role in the colonization of tumor cells and the formation of metastases,and in particular,they can assist tumor cells with immune es-cape.Therefore,it is especially important to explore effective interventions to suppress the immune escape of tumor.This article reviews the role of macrophages,myeloid-derived suppressor cells,and lymphocytes in bone metastasis,so as to provide a refe-rence for the basic research on tumor immunotherapy and clinical treatment.
