卵巢癌铂耐药及其治疗研究进展

摘要
卵巢癌是恶性程度最高的妇科恶性肿瘤之一.以铂为基础的化疗是卵巢癌治疗的重要组成部分,因此铂耐药也是卵巢癌治疗中棘手的问题.铂耐药是一个复杂的过程,涉及多种机制.本文就卵巢癌细胞铂耐药的分子机制及治疗进展作一综述,以期为该病的临床治疗提供借鉴.
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of the most malignant gynecological tumors.Platinum-based chemotherapy is an impor-tant part of ovarian cancer treatment,with platinum resistance as a difficult problem in ovarian cancer treatment.Platinum resis-tance is a complex process involving a variety of mechanisms.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer cells and the advances in treatment,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
