The escape staircase is the main vertical traffic space in the building,and it is the main passage to ensure the escape of personnel in the case of fire accidents.The safety of the escape staircase itself is the premise and guarantee of ensuring the safe evacuation of personnel.In practical work,many architectural designers do not have a thorough grasp of the smoke exhaust design of escape staircases,and their design of staircase forms often do not meet the requirements of smoke prevention regulations.This paper mainly analyzes the common problems of smoke prevention design in escape staircases,and gives corresponding coping strategies to the representative problems.
