摘要
由于近年来外墙饰面砖的脱落问题已逐渐突出,如何准确判断外墙饰面砖是否存在缺陷及缺陷的范围是预防和修缮外墙面砖的关键因素.本文以某工程为例,采用外观检查法、直接敲击法和红外热像法对外墙存在的缺陷进行检测,并通过对外墙面的构造检测和材料黏结强度检测,综合判断外墙面砖的空鼓范围、存在的缺陷,从而进行原因分析,为后续的修缮工程或采取预防面砖剥落的措施提供技术依据.
Abstract
Due to the increasingly prominent issue of detachment of exterior wall facing bricks in recent years,how to accurately determine whether there are defects in exterior wall facing bricks and the scope of defects is a key factor in preventing and repairing exterior wall facing bricks.This paper takes a certain project as an example,and uses appearance inspection method,direct tapping method,and infrared thermal imaging method to detect the defects on the exterior wall.Through exterior wall structural inspection and material bonding strength testing,the scope of hollowing and existing defects of the exterior wall facing bricks are comprehensively judged,so the causes are analyzed,which provides technical basis for subsequent repair projects or taking measures to prevent the detachment of facing bricks.
